Traffic jams on the Pi'ilani Hwy; why don't we have sidewalks? what happened to the North South Collector Road? UPDATE  4/25/26      After years this completed but vacant facility is being utilized, at least temporarily. Hale Makua also helped Maui Health transfer 50 patients to a facility in the Kīhei Research and Technology Park that ‘Ohana Pacific Health, a sister company of Hale Makua, had been trying to sell.
