Committee Purpose
The Design Review Committee is an advisory committee reporting to the Board of Directors on the design and characteristics of specific residential and/or commercial projects proposed for South Maui.
We meet with developers, both pre-design and during design development, to discuss projects they are proposing.

I used to be on this committee and for some unknown reason…perhaps a disagreement with Mike Moran…I was suddenly and without merit removed. Is it possible that disagreeing with Mike is grounds for dismissal? This may be part of the problem with KCA…when one person has too much power and don’t see eye to eye with him. Unfortuate.
