Kulanihako’i Stream Gulch

Some day (not in this decade) the North South Collector will bridge this ephemeral stream at this point connecting Liloa and Kenolio

Weeks after the duo of Kona storms in March, much of the haul out  by hundreds( thousand?) of truckloads of this stream gulch makai pf the Highway was undone near So Kihei Rd. But upstream a bit here, we such much of that work was less effected. Once more trying to mitigate the mudfloods at the makai end is not the answer. Upcountry is the place.
