4/23/25 kihei# For most of this century, when we had heavy rain, Kulanihako'i Stream overflowed onto Kaonoulu Street, usually closing this road and sometimes the intersection with SKR as well. County Public Work crews would be on the seen to clear the mud, muck and brown water.
