South Maui Regional Traffic Master Plan Now Has Funding To Proceed- DPW will now have contracted firm move

In our continuing effort to have a long overdue (present one is twenty years old) professional examination of the true traffic conditions and needed mitigation in our area, we testified in strong support to take this next step required to proceed, and the committee agreed.

While getting a finalized plan is still seeming years away, at least we are moving forward, as we watch a plethora of various developments get approval with minimal traffic improvements. We express mahalo to Maui Meadows Neighborhood Association for joining us in testifying, as well to the Councilmembers for a reasonable positive vote for action. IMUA!
