This Thursday(7/12/12) at 1:30 PM, MC Board of Variances and Appeals has scheduled a hearing appealing DPW Director Goode’s  decision to issue mass grading permits for the Pi’ilani Promenade on Kaonoulu St. (extended) mauka of the Pi’ilani Highway in No. Kihei. The hearing will be held on the first floor conference room at 250 High St in Wailuku. Meanwhile construction activities continue at the job site.
