AS THIS IS A RECESSED MEETING, WHEN MEETING IS RECONVENED ORAL TESTIMONY WILL NOT BE TAKEN ON ITEMS B AND D WHICH WERE COMPLETED AT THE ORIGINAL MEETING. ORAL TESTIMONY ON ITEM C WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR TESTIFIERS NOT HAVING TESTIFIED ON THE TOPIC ON MAY 10.
