It would be great if we had a summation of this meeting. However, Rob Weltman and Mike Moran are both members of the committee and as such, may be prohibited from expressing opinions or summations on the meetings.
This issue is incredibly critical to South Maui. A video of the meeting is available at https://www.facebook.com/100069060932759/videos/959168091928877 . However, there are no closed captions, the video screen at the meeting is unreadable. The handouts from the presenters are not available to the public at this time.
Please let the members of the KCA know when usable information from this meeting will be available.

Aloha mai,
There was only one handout at the meeting – proposals from CPAC member Tova Callender. They can be read here:
https://gokihei.org/wp-content/uploads/Kihei-CPAC-2.4-policy-language-suggestions-tc.docx
The Akak? video, which zooms in on the speaker and is better quality than the Facebook Live Stream, will be available here fairly soon (as well as at https://www.akaku.org/):

Expand the section titled “February 1, 2023”.
Eventually there will be minutes there as well, but it might take 2-3 months.
Mahalo Buck You are correct that 2 KCA directors are also CPA committee members, but there is not a prohibition of making comments The challange is first we post these alerts about each one for the community, then we have to do extensive homeworrk to prepare for each weekly 3 hour meeting, then of course participate in it. Then start prepping for the next one. To also somehow also offer meeting summations is way beyond me This is someting paid media might take on, but we never see any media attending expect Akaku recording them & showing on TV
