The committee will review all sections of the draft plan and possibly adopt it.

Watch in person at the Malcolm Center or on Akakū or BlueJeans.

Because this meeting is a continuation from 10/11 when public testimony was taken on the contents of the plan, there will be an opportunity for oral testimony only on “C. REQUEST FOR A TIME EXTENSION” and “D. CPAC RECOMMENDATIONS: FINAL MOTION FOR APPROVAL”. Written testimony is encouraged; send it to and cc the CPAC chair at

Public testimony will be taken when each agenda item is discussed. Testimony will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes. Testifiers will be called by the Chair to offer testimony. More information on oral and written testimony can be found below.
