We are moving, (no silly, not to Vegas) but just up the road 1 block, to Pro Arts Playhouse in Azeka Makai, saying aloha to Lipoa.

We offer a big mahalo to St. Theresa Church for kindly hosting us the past several years.

You may recall we spent several years at the old Kihei Charter School before they built the new school in the R & T Park. Prior to that,  meetings were held in the large room at the Kihei Community Center on W. Lipoa.

 

For decades in election years the membership meetings included candidate forums, as we see here from 2008 when we had about 150 people participating when we tried a speed dating format 

Reverting back to the prior century, these meetings were held at the Kihei Elementary School cafeteria. See below.

 

 

You may note  a consistency as while we moved the location several times, it was always on Lipoa. Now no more, we have moved north from Lipoa, but not far, just a block up South Kihei Rd. into the Azeka (makai) Plaza.

So if you are a regular, remember the new location and share it with your ‘ohana. If you are new, this is a great time to experience your first meeting in our new location, the Kihei Pro Arts Playhouse. Good time to join or re-up as well!
