Senior Affordable rental housing project finally under construction in South Kihei

Liloa Hale Senior Rental project has commenced construction as you see here. Our Design Review Committee took a few looks at this affordable project for  seniors about five years ago and it received Council approval in 2020.    SEE https://gokihei.org/environment/kca-drc-hears-about-proposed-100-affordable-senior-rentals-in-south-kihei  

There apparently were some challenges concerning financial matters which slowed the start down, but now we see it is underway, with hopeful expectations for first move-ins in 2025.
