Traffic jammed in central Kihei

Northbound on South Kihei Road (SKR) just South of Lipoa. The solo cyclist has clear sailing at this location that has a bike lane, but most of SKR has none, and in many places not even a shoulder. Complete streets needed.

1:00 PM Wednesday afternoon. Bad collision? Wildfire? Flooding? But this reinforces what are our community has been saying this century; WE NEED TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE!!!
