A safe secure bike path in Kihei (someday?)

OK, we had the “grand opening” of the first segment Kihei Greenway back on July 29, but no one has been able to use it to date, as it’s stiil closed. Why would this group concerned with flooding in Kihei, and the related damage to the near shore waters of South Maui, conduct these two meetings in Kula?
