Late this morning (3/23/16) several MPD vehicles and an ambulance on southbound shoulder of the Pi’ilani Hwy just south of Kanani directly below the Kihei station. We have no input at this time of what occurred but seeing dropped bike offers ominous graphic. We can only hope for the best for the IMG_3011 IMG_3003 IMG_3004 IMG_3005 IMG_3006 IMG_3009driver..As expected traffic backed up, even at mid-day,as emergency vehicles commanded the right lane, once again asking county officials the rhetorical question, where is the  North- South Collector Road?
