With the airport bypass road still a good two years away, jam packed Dairy Road continues to experience heavy traffic, with the occasional vehicle accident, as the unfortunate motorcycle rider encountered Sunday (3/11/12) afternoon. Maui’s first respondered arrived quickly, and transported the downed rider to the hospital.
