Nani Loa Condo Hotel project reviewed on Thursday

At 10:00 AM last Thursday 5/21/15 the DRC see https://gokihei.org/committees/design-review-committee welcomed a contingent for this proposed project off SKR in South Maui across from Kamaole III Beach Park. We say off the road as the location sits back from the road in a flag lot set-up, with the only approach via an existing vehicle driveway, presently used by the Kihei Kai Nani (KKN)Condo. It is our understanding that this area was originally to be a second phase of KKN.

After an informative power point presentation, and answering numerous committee questions, as soon as the guests departed, the committee under guidance of chair Linda Berry, rated via the KCA scorecard (see above link) and by this same afternoon, the report was in the hands of the developer/owners, and that of their agents.
