So are you prepared for this hurricane season? It has begun, so your preparations should be in order. Do you have a plan? Are you stocked up with food, water, batteries, etc.? Still unclear of the best plan of action? The fix for that is at Tuesday’s evening KCA membership meeting to get the answers & information you need from Anna Foust, our Civil Defense Officer. Then what do you do when you have all your emergency planning and provisions in order?

Why not head for a South Maui Park for some healthy activities? Ah but you have some helpful suggestions to improve our Parks. Have some questions how the parks are planned and operated. Well we have just the man for you; Ka’ala Buenconsejo, the newest Parks & Rec Director, who will open the meeting, right after community announcements at 6:30 PM.

But don’t wait until the last minute. Doors open at 6:00 PM as we set up the room and you can assist, grab a snack , and meet some our community members .

While attending the meeting, take the opportunity to make your reservation for our 55th anniversary party on September 13 at 4:30 PM. This is a members only meeting, so be sure your membership is up to date. Reservations are required, so we have a valid count, and can provide sufficient food for everyone, but we need your assurance if you reserve that you will attend, so our limited funds are not wasted. This is your last opportunity to make your reservation in person, as there is no meeting in August..
