So you recall our general membership meeting back on March 21 – SEE https://gokihei.org/meeting-recap/county-government-officials-show-very-strong-presence-at-our-green-meeting – when we had Dr Amanda Cording give an informative presentation on Low Impact Design (LIP) construction practices, right. And we had three Council Members and three County long range planners in attendance there.

Now we are not claiming that was the seed planted to generate this plant, err PLAN – of course feel free to disagree with our humble opinion – but whatever spurred this day long workshop sponsored by County and State government for “designers and contractors”, it certainly is worthwhile. Please advise and inform anyone you know about it.  8/24/17 8 AM at the MACC – Morgado Hall.
