KCA Planning Committee Hears about Ohana Kai project in Maalaea

This morning ( 7/24/12), Vince Bagoyo, representing Jesse Spencer, offered the revised plans for a much reduced residential project along the Honoapiilani Highway in Maalaea, Ohana Kai. Revised downward from the originally proposed 1100 units to  527, on a reduced plot of 141 acres from the original 257, the development is proposed to be completely affordable housing. The use of an injection well on the site has been eliminated. KCA Committee co-chair Michael Di Bella will offer a report to the KCA BOD regarding this proposal on 8/2/12.
