Everyone seems to agree we have a housing crisis on Maui, which strongly affects those with less wealth and lower income.  So we want to ensure our members and community are aware that there are studios and one bedrooms for rent  now available at phase II of Hale Pi’ikea in Central Kihei. Units are available for those 55 and older at the 60% AMI rent range. For a limited time, qualified applicants who sign a lease in Phase II may have their first month of rent waived.

Studio 60% AMI Rent: $1,347
One Bedroom 60% AMI Rent: $1,445

60% AMI in Maui for a single person is currently $56,580 (i.e. you are eligible if you are a single-person household with an income less than or equal to $56,580).
