Kaiāulu O Halele’a is an affordable housing community developed by Ikaika Ohana and Urban Housing Communities. Located next to the Maui Nui Golf Course in Kihei at 470 Lipoa, Kihei, HI 96753, the community offers 2, 3 & 4-bedroom apartments with full kitchens including a refrigerator and stove for each unit. Residents can enjoy the community room, tot lot, parking, laundry room, and friendly on-site staff. Rents vary depending on unit size, income, and availability. Income limits apply.
