Aloha kamaʻāina families!! Applications are being processed NOW for affordable rental housing at the newly constructed Hale O Pi’ikea in Kihei (Pi’ikea Ave and Liloa Dr). The first units will be opening this summer.

Phase 1 will deliver 90 new affordable rental units across two newly constructed four-story buildings. Its central location offers residents direct access to public transportation, healthcare, social services, shopping, restaurants, and employment hubs. The site is also connected to existing bike lanes and walking paths, encouraging alternative transportation and community connectivity.
