Complete agreement by all nine testifiers- how could Council say no.

At 9:00 AM this morning (10/6/15) , the Council met, and we once again gave testimony in the County Council Chambers in support of Communication 15-247 (SEE https://gokihei.org/education-2/is-it-time-to-examine-another-form-of-county-government-we-say-yes )

A total of nine individuals testified including KCA, and unusually all nine were in agreement to support 15-247, with no one speaking in opposition.

The ceremonial resolution for Domestic Violence Awareness opened the meeting, and  an uncommon facet was two of the remote sites (Hana & Molokai)were on screen via Skype.

So once all testified, but before any discussion commenced, Hokama requested mid morning break, and we were out of time at 10:05 AM, but Council voted to send it to  PIA Committee, which the first testifier requested.
