UPDATE 9.27.23 Last evening at this same location, Michael Reyes offered the final touches on this watershed plan. While there are two locations, for our S Maui district, the Waiakoa is at the North side, and has strong recent community attention with the mudflooding of Kenlio Park, and most of the condos north & west of there.
