Last evening  (10/14/15) at the Community Center a presentation by Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) with the Maui Humane Society (MHS) offered an explanation and analysis concerning area outdoor cats in two specif regions of central Maui. While the cavernous room contained about fifty people, almost half on them were members of these two organization, as well as several smaller “independent” animal welfare non profits.
