     As we reported back in July –   the first true actions to begin preparation to build the high school finally commenced mauka of the highway.

At the time, we understood a temporary traffic signal would be installed at the intersection at Kulanihakoi to facilitate the process. Now, months later, we see the very initial steps have begun this month, as Goodfellow Brothers get busy makai of the highway along Kulanihakoi.

Maybe there will be green and red lights there for Christmas?
