1/14/16 While this was their third meeting since established by the County Council, a busy schedule full of conflicts prevented us from attending until this afternoon. We simply testified that KCA believed establishing this body to investigate the potential change of governance systems after over half a century was a positive step, in light of the massive changes which transpired to the county during that period
While we also expressed appreciation for the eleven volunteer who agreed to devote 6 months to this temporary committee with a single, but very complex task, as some committee members asked at the last meeting about potential evening community meetings, we felt it was the right opportunity to advise of our upcoming meeting on this topic this Tuesday.
