Representative Fontaine Questions Land Use Commission About Pi’ilani Promenade

Representative Fontaine sent a letter to Land Use Commission questioning the legality of the proposed Pi’ilani Promenade project.  Fontaine, who exclaimed at the Kihei Community Association Public Meeting, that the lack of public input on this project is “ridiculous,” also sent a letter to the Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) requesting further outreach from HDOT with the public.
