After a “site visit” to those sections of the Research and Technology Park by the State Land Use Commission (LUC) this morning (7/25/13), the Commissioners met for testimony and discussion, and to ultimately vote on the use change from Agricultural to Urban This was the first of at least four days, continuing tomorrow, and then next month on the 8th and 9th, and very likely again in September. Your Association was the first of only five offering public testimony. including Jeanie Skog for the Maui Economic Development Board, and Gene Zarro for the Kihei Charter School.
