Kihei Charter School is forging ahead with its high tech, super eco-friendly plans for its new High School at the top of Lipoa Street. Could some of this energy and persistence  and vision rub off on the State Department of Education so we’ll soon see comparable activity towards the long-awaited Kihei High School?
