 This morning in central Kihei, we had the blessing of phase 2 (of 3 phases) of Hale O Pi‘ikea, a 100% truly affordable rental  project.

The blessing was held on the North side of Pi’ikea in this open lot, the expected site of the Downtown Kihei project from Krausz

This second phase is for our kupuna, with 96 units, a mix of studio and one bedroom units, with rents projected to commence at $558.00. Located on the South side of Pi‘ikea, makai of the roundabout. It is estimated to be completed in February 2026. The entire project has 223 units, all 100% affordable rental and all LEEDS Gold. Phase one is already going vertical (in the background of the pictures).
