When any activity happens on the Maui Lu property, and there is something visible, we receive your queries.
We have heard that they once again may have acquired financing for the time-share project and there is a flutter of hot pink ribbons flying all around… due to survey work??
At this time, we still do not have definitive answers.

There are indications that they could be moving forward with the development, but since there have been many years of numerous false alerts, we will wait and see.

thank you for keeping us involved in the comings and goings in S Maui. Do you know what is happening at White Rock beach with the County owned lot. Are there any plans to improve access. I notice that the parking down there is a bit helter skelter. Thank you!
Mahalo, Dave. As far as we know the county owns two lots in the region at 4516 and 4524 Makena Rd, but we have not heard of any plans for them
