Daniel Halsey and Silvia Yordanova of United Designers presented their experience in using permaculture – ecological design – techniques to manage stormwater while putting the water to good use at the South Maui Community Plan Advisory Committee meeting 2/15/2023. They have been working on projects to do just that in Mākena and on Moloka‘i.
