UPDATE 10/1/18  Time to ask for what you want for South Maui

8/22/18 #kihei
For the first time this century we find a situation where a sitting mayor is developing a future fiscal budget, and accepting some community input for that, even though the product will then be handed to the next elected Mayor who is guaranteed to be a different person, who may well make changes before handing it on to the new Council.

Even so, we encourage the community to express their concerns, in hope your items will be included in the outgoing mayor’s budget, and if so, followed up by the newly elected mayor.

The Kihei meeting with the administration on October 2, 5:30 PM is at the Community Center on Lipoa Street.
