PUBLIC MEETING! Examines Proposed Residential Condo Project on Kanani Rd.

UPDATE 8/21/14  CHP announced a Community Informational Meeting for this project on September 3, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The public meeting will be held at the Pool Pavilion on the Kai Nani Village Property  1367 SKR ( SW corner of Lipoa)- NOT the site of the new project at  82  Kanani Rd. The morning before this meeting, at 10 AM in Wailuku, they will be before the County Urban Design Review Board (UDRB) to present this project. This morning, 7/31/14 your Association’s Design Review Committee viewed a presentation on Cove Beach Village, by Chris Hart and Partners (CHP) with Victory Development/ Kai Ani Development, concerning a three story residential project proposed to be located on the South side of Kanani Road makai of the Blue Sea Breeze Apartments near SKR, across road from Kalama Heights Senior facility. It consists of 32 condominium units of various sizes.

the committee rated the project after the presentation by two members of both entities led by Raymond Cabebe of CHP power point presentation. The results will be forwarded for their own evaluation and feed back

Victory/Kai Ani plans to have a community meeting to introduce the project to the public, seemingly in September- Stay tuned.
