The new vision for the Kihei R&T Park is to transform the current single use large lot research and technology campus into an integrated and vibrant mixed?use community focused around a regional high technology employment base. Implementation will require amendments to the Kihei Makena Community Plan, State Land Use District Boundary, and County Zoning.
