Your community association met with Jay Krigsman and David Pyle
of Krausz Companies this morning (6/26/14) to continue the years long discussion about this Downtown Kihei project proposed along both sides of Pi’ikea, mauka of Liloa Dr.. The project has passed though a series of changes in planning by this developer, who owns the commercial plaza just makai, anchored by Safeway supermarket. In addition to the two officers, on-island agent Munikayo and Hiraga’s Colleen Suyama
participated.
This was a special board meeting, beyond our monthly one, as prescribed in our by-laws, called specifically to meet with them while they were on Maul. They offer a chronology themed power point presentation covering the past decade, going back to past president George Rixey’s regime for an intial meeting with KCA. As an example of George’s dedication to our community, he participated in today’s meeting.
KCA will follow up the meeting with a letter to all involved shortly.
