UPDATE 4/20/23  The developers of this affordable housing  rental in fill project were at the Council’s Budget committee this afternoon. Phase 1, 90 units on multi family apartments, expect to start construction this summer. No estimates on next 2 phases yet.

Development of these lands has been  openly discussed with the community for almost 2 decades

This morning on the south side of Pi’ikea, makai of Liloa, we see heavy activity.

We are hoping this is the start of the construction of the first phase of the affordable housing project
