Final Phase of Hale Pi’ikea truly affordable rentals (Phase II)

HEADS UP!  ALERT!  This is the final chance to qualify for one of these quality rental units, conveniently located in central Kihei. They are currently accepting preliminary interest forms for households who would like to enter a lottery that will determine the order in which applicants are processed for eligibility. To be included, interested individuals must submit the preliminary interest form no later than Friday, March 13 at 5:00 PM.

 This is 97 new senior  (55+) affordable rental units within one newly constructed four-story building with ground floor commercial. Its central location offers residents direct access to public transportation, healthcare, social services, shopping, restaurants, and employment hubs. The site is also connected to existing bike lanes and walking paths, encouraging alternative transportation and community connectivity.

Sidewalks and green accented bike lanes on both sides of refurbished Pi’ikea will allow new senior residents alternative transportation to nearby businesses and recreation.
