This Monday 12/23/13 at 6:00 PM, Chris Hart & Partners will be at the Community Center to offer a presentation of Alahele Subdivion. The project would be located at the mauka end of Alahele Place (Kihei ’76 gas is on corner at SKR). See map below. They advise it would be 100% affordable on the 14 acre parcel, at TMK (2)3-9-017:034.  Seemingly it would include completing a segment of the N-S Collector Rd, but unclear if it would do more than allow access to the development.
