Description: On Wednesday, OCT 22 at 2:00 PM, the Honu Heroes will offer a public presentation at the Kihei Boat Ramp in conjunction with Pump Don\’t Dump and the KCA. As their name implies, this group of Kihei Charter School students, under the guidance of instructor Peggy Temple, is concerned with our sea turtles, & is conducting research and activity to aid these popular amphibious creatures. They have concluded that sewage dumping into Maui\’s near shore waters is a cause of illness to the turtles. All are encouraged to attend to support our youth and our environment. See you there.
