State says proposed project is “clearly different.” Starting at 10:00 AM Thursday (11/15/12) and continuing at 8:00 AM Friday the process continued, until about noon today (11/16/12.) All Thursday morning and most of that afternoon it was Charlie Jenks for the Eclipse developer offering testimony, but Planning Director Will Spence started Thursday afternoon, and concluded Friday morning. State Planning’s only testified was Mr. Rodney Funakoshi, who was next, followed by former Planning Director Mike Foley and last was Professor Dick Meyer.
