The meeting opened with a dire report of the extreme decline in the number of “ornamental” reef fish in Maui’s ocean water, followed by a young group of dancers from Keolahou Church doing  a “Greeting Hawaiian Dance” to greet the featured speaker, Lt Governor James Aiona, who spoke to the KCA membership on several issue and answered questions from the audience.
