Originally, we understood the work being done by Goodfellow Brothers, on Kulanihakoi at the intersection of Kenolio on the north side and future NSCR on the south, was to facilitate the temporary signal light infrastructure at the Pi’ilani Hwy. 

But, today, when we noted pipes piled in the roadway, we questioned what they were doing, and we were advised the work is to provide water for the school.
