Beginning this Monday, 7/21/14 just South of Keonekai Rd, the first of six phases of SKR improvement will have daytime detours of a single direction of traffic for rehabilitation of the roadway. Under contract facilitated by the County’s Department of Public Works (DPW), Maui Master Builders will begin the process. As seen in following pictures, they have worked to offer SKR drivers advanced notice with trio-message signage, one at each extreme of the proposed work area, which extends north to just past Alanui Ke Ali’i, near the KCA gold business member, Maui Coast Hotel.
